On 15 January 2009, the Court issued a Decision in the Gani Kovači et al. (X-K-07/474-1) case on separation of the case in relation with the accused Gani Kovači, Musair Đulić, Besim Sinani, Zejid Šabić, Muadin Emrulai, Muhamed Mahmutović, Mustafa Ćatić, Selmin Kovač, Jasmin Ćehić, Azmir Karajić, Atif Karajić, Damir Karajić, Dragan Marković, Borislav Tasovac and Muhamed Račić which will from now on be processed under the case number Gani Kovači et al. (X-K-07/474-1), while the case in relation with the accused Hamid Sadiković, Našid Malkić, Nermin Uzunović, Dragan Miljković, Miodrag Zubac, Jovo Šišković, Radivoje Mrkaić, Velibor Mrkaić, Dalibor Štrbac, Adis Hamzić, Momir Zečević, Branislav Šupić and Fadil Šarić will from now on be processed under the case number Hamid Sadiković et al. (X-K-07/474-2). The Court also issued a Decision on joinder of the Section III for General Crime case Selmin Kovač (K-77/08) with the case of Gani Kovači et al. (X-K-07/474-1).

Hamid Sadiković et al. case

On 27 March 2009, the Court issued a Decision to separate the case of Gani Kovači et al. (X-K-07/474-1), therefore from now the case in relation to the Accused Jasmin Čehić will be processed under the case number Jasmin Čehić (X-K-07/474-3) and in relation to the Accused Dragan Marković and Borislav Tasovac will be processed under the case number Dragan Marković and Another (X-K-07/474-4). The case of Selmin Kovač (K-77/08) has also been extracted and returned to the Section III for General Crime of the Court for further consideration. The Court also issued a Decision terminating custody of Accused Besim Sinani and accepting the bail thus the Accused was released.

On 2 April 2009, The Court issued a Decision to separate the case of Gani Kovači et al. (X-K-07/474-1) in relation to the Accused Damir Karajić threfore from now this case will be processed under the case number Damir Karajić (X-K-07/474-5).

Damir Karajić Case

On 30 June 2009, The Court issued a Decision on separating the case therefore the case in relation to the Accused Azmir Karajić will be processed under the case number Azmir Karajić (X-K-07/474-7) while in relation to the Accused Gani Kovači, Besim Sinani, Fadil Sarić, Muadin Emrulai, Muhamed Mahmutović, Muhamed Račić, Musair Đulić, Selmin Kovač and Zejid Šabić will be processed under the case number Gani Kovači et al. (X-K-07/474-1).

Azmir Karajić case

On 20 August 2009, The Court issued a Decision on separating the case therefore the case in relation to the Accused Muadin Emrulai will be processed under the case number Muadin Emrulai (X-K-07/474-8) while in relation to the Accused Gani Kovači, Besim Sinani, Fadil Sarić, Muhamed Mahmutović, Muhamed Račić, Musair Đulić, Selmin Kovač and Zejid Šabić will be processed under the case number Gani Kovači et al. (X-K-07/474-1).

Muadin Emrulai case

On 7 September 2009, The Court rendered a Decision on severance of case. Henceforth the case pertaining to the accused Selmin Kovač shall be marked as Selmin Kovač (X-K-07/474-9), while the case pertaining to the accused Gani Kovači, Besim Sinani, Fadil Sarić, Muhamed Mahmutović, Muhamed Račić, Musair Đulić and Zejid Šabić shall be marked as Gani Kovači et al. (X-K-07/474-1).

Selmin Kovač case

On 22 October 2009, the Court issued a Decision on separating the case, therefore from now on this case in relation to the accused Fadil Šarić will be processed under the case number of Fadil Šarić (X-K-07/474-10), while the case in relation to the accused Gani Kovači, Musair Đulić, Besim Sinani, Zejid Šabić, Muhamed Mahmutović and Muhamed Račić will be processed under the case number of Gani Kovači et al. (X-K-07/474-1).

Fadil Šarić case

On 6 November 2009, the Court issued a Decision on the separation of the case Gani Kovači et al. (X-K-07/474-1) therefore this case in relation to the accused Zejid Šabić will be processed under the case number of Zejid Šabić (X-K-07/474-11), while the case in relation to the Muhamed Račić will be processed under the case number of Muhamed Račić (X-K-07/474-12), and in relation to the accused Muhamed Mahmutović under the case number of Muhamed Mahmutović (X-K-07/474-13). The case in relation to the accused Gani Kovači, Musair Đulić and Besim Sinani will be processed under the case number of Gani Kovači et al. (X-K-07/474-1).
