On 13 October 2010, in the case of Šego Nikola et al. (X-K-08/511) the Court issued a Decision separating the proceeding in relation to the accused Ekrem Spahić and Selim Kopić; therefore from now the proceeding shall be processed under the case number of Ekrem Spahić and another (X-K-08/511-1) while the proceeding in relation to the accused Šego Nikola, Šekara Mirko, Ajkunić Enis, Bušić Dario and Dragaš Radovan shall continue to be processed under the case number of Šego Nikola et al. (S1 2 K 003346 10 K) (X-K-08/511) separating the proceeding in relation to the accused Radovan Dragaš; therefore from now on this case shall be processed under the case number of Radovan Dragaš (S1 2 K 003662 10 K) while in relation to the accused Šego Nikola, Šekara Mirko and Ajkunić Enis under the case number of Šego Nikola et al. (S1 2 K 003346 10 K).
