On 1 April 2014 the Court reached the Decision in the case v. Bojan Cvijan et al. (S1 2 K 015384 14 K) suspending the proceedings in relation to the Accused Benan Dorić due to his death.   

On 30 June 2014, in the case v. Bojan Cvijan et al. (S1 2 K 015384 14 K) the Court sent out the Decision suspending the proceedings in relation to the Accused Dragan Vujičić due to his death.

The Court rendered the decision on 3 March 2014 in the Darko Elez et al. (S1 2 K 013756 13 Ko) case separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Bojan Cvijan, Benan Dorić, Muhamed Ramić, Sead Robović, Edin Ahmetspahić, Ljubiša Lalović, Marko Krajišnik, Dejan Vukosavljević, Nermin Tahirović, Elvira Kajević, Azem Kajević, Elvis Zlatić, Admir Ahmetspahić, Mehmed Kajević, Slobodanka Tošić, Dragan Vujičić, Vladan Parađina, Dragan Jevtović, Benjamin Halilović, Dragan Obućina, Anes Kurbegović, Slaviša Bobar, Mladen Mićić, Davor Mandić and Himzo Ćato.

Darko Elez et al Case

The Court rendered the decision on 5 May 2014  in the Bojan Cvijan et al. (S1 2 K 015384 14 K) case separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Sead Robović and Edin Ahmetspahić; therefore from now on this case shall be conducted under the number of Sead Robović et al. (S1 2 K 015936 14 K) while proceedings in relation to other accused shall continue to be conducted under the number of Bojan Cvijan et al. (S1 2 K 015384 14 K).

On 27 May 2014 the Court rendered the decision in the Davor Elez et al. (S1 2 K 016074 14 K) case merging the proceedings in relation to the accused Davor Elez and Milosav Vesković with the proceedings in the Bojan Cvijan et al. (S1 2 K 015384 14 K) case.

In the Bojan Cvijan et al. (S1 2 K 015384 14 K) case, the Court rendered the decision on 10 September 2014 separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Slobodanka Tošić and Milosav Vesković; therefore from now on these cases shall be conducted under the numbers of Slobodanka Tošić (S1 2 K 017089 14 K) and Milosav Vesković (S1 2 K 017090 14 K).

In the Bojan Cvijan et al. (S1 2 K 015384 14 K) case, the Court rendered the decision on 8 October 2014 separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Davor Mandić; therefore from now on this case shall be processed under the number of Davor Mandić (S1 2 K 017264 14 K).

In the Bojan Cvijan et al. (S1 2 K 015384 14 K) case, the Court rendered the decision оn 10 June 2015 separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Milosav Vesković, therefore from now on this case shall be conducted under the number of Milosav Vesković (S1 2 K 019129 15 K).

On 16 March 2016, in the Bojan Cvijan et al. (S1 2 K 015384 14 K) case, the Court rendered the decision separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Himzo Ćato, Admir Ahmetspahić and Slaviša Bobar shall be conducted under the number of Himzo Ćato et al. (S1 2 K 021292 16 K).
