Having held a guilty plea agreement consideration hearing and a sentencing hearing in the case of Vladimir Krsmanović (S1 2 K 052005 25 K), on 19 June 2025 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina delivered and pronounced a Judgment, finding the accused Vladimir Krsmanović guilty of the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(2) CC BiH, in conjunction with the criminal offenses of Aggravated Theft under CC FBiH, Money Laundering under CC BiH, Extortion under CC FBiH, and Smuggling under CC BiH.

The Court sentenced the accused Vladimir Krsmanović to three (3) years of imprisonment, and fined him with 20,000.00 BAM, which the accused must pay within 6 (six) months of the day when the Judgment becomes final.

Also, confiscated from the accused Vladimir Krsmanović was the ill-gotten gain in the amount of 10,000.00 BAM, which the accused shall pay within 3 (three) months of the day when the Judgment becomes final, under the threat of enforcement.

The accused Vladimir Krsmanović was, inter alia, found guilty of voluntarily becoming a member of an organized crime group over a protracted period of time, from 2011 to late 2017, which was organized for the purpose of continuous acquisition of material benefits for the previously planned and agreed upon, and ultimately realized, alienation of expensive passenger motor vehicles or those whose demand on the market has increased; extorting money to return vehicles to their owners; disassembling stolen vehicles into parts, changing or destroying identification marks on the disassembled parts, and then selling such disassembled parts, all with the intention of concealing the criminal offense, the perpetrators, the origin of the objects and their rightful owners, and the smuggling and sale of stolen vehicles in the territory of Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro.
