On 22 October 2021, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina /BiH/ sent out a second-instance Judgment dated 5 October 2021 in the case of Đorđe Bogdanović, granting in part the appeal filed by counsel for the accused Đorđe Bogdanović against Judgment of the Court of BiH dated 9 March 2021 and reversing the first-instance Judgment of the Court of BiH in terms of punishment. By applying Articles 39, 40, 42 and 48 of the Criminal Code of BiH /CC BiH/, the Court sentenced the accused Đorđe Bogdanović to imprisonment for a term of one year for the criminal offense of Receiving Gifts and Other Forms of Benefit under Article 217(1) of the CC BiH. The first-instance Judgment was otherwise upheld.

Under the first-instance Judgment of the Court of BiH dated 9 March 2021, the accused Đorđe Bogdanović was found guilty of the criminal offense of Receiving Gifts and Other Forms of Benefit under Article 217(1) of the CC BiH and sentenced to imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.
