In the process of ruling on the appeal filed by the BiH Prosecutor's Office in the case of Agan Ramić (S1 1 K 031665 22 Krž) against the Judgment of the Court of BiH No. S1 1 K 031665 19 Kri of 17 May 2022, having held a public session, on 6 December 2022 the Appellate Division Panel of the Court of BiH delivered a Judgment refusing as ill-founded the appeal filed by the BiH Prosecutor's Office, while upholding the Judgment of the Court of BiH No. S1 1 K 031665 19 Kri of 17 May 2022.

The Trial Judgment of the Court of BiH of 17 May 2022 acquitted the accused Agan Ramić, under Article 284c) CPC BiH, of the charges that he committed the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172(1)h) as read with Subparagraph f), of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, all in conjunction with Articles 29 and 180(1) of the Code, for it was not proven that by the acts described in the operative part of the Judgment the accused committed the criminal offense charged with in the Indictment.

No appeal lies from this Judgment.
