On 1 July 2021 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina sent out the appeals judgment dated 11 June 2021 in the case of Mladen Franjković et al. dismissing as ill-founded the appeal filed by the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and upholding the trial judgment delivered by the Court of BiH on 8 April 2021.

The Trial Judgment delivered by the Court of BiH on 8 April 2021 acquitted the accused Mladen Franjković of the charges that he committed the criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210(4) as read with Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH (CC BiH), in conjunction with Article 54 of the Code. The legal entity of “TELEPARTNER” d.o.o. Sarajevo was acquitted of the charges that it committed the criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210(4) as read with Paragraph 1 CC BiH, in conjunction with Article 54 and Article 124, Subparagraph c), of the Code.
