On 5 July 2021, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina /BiH/ sent out a second-instance Judgment of 9 June 2021 in the case of Ramiz Mićivoda, dismissing as ill-founded the respective appeals by the Prosecutor's Office of BiH and counsel for the accused Ramiz Mićivoda and upholding the first-instance Judgment of the Court of BiH of 12 March 2021.

Under the first-instance Judgment of the Court of BiH of 12 March 2021, the accused Ramiz Mićivoda was found guilty of the criminal offense of Abuse of Office or Official Authority under Article 220(1) of the Criminal Code of BiH. The Court sentenced the accused to imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.
