On 2 July 2021 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina sent out the appeals judgment in the Senad Kasupović case, refusing as ill-founded defense counsel’s appeal, while upholding the appeal filed by the Prosecutor, so the trial judgment delivered by the Court of BiH on 28 January 2021 was modified in the sentencing part. The Appellate Division of the Court of BiH sentenced the accused Senad Kasupović to 4 years of imprisonment for the criminal offense of Organizing a Terrorist Group under Article 202d(2) as read with Paragraph 1, of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC BiH), in conjunction with the criminal offense of Terrorism under Article 201 CC BiH.

The trial judgment delivered by the Court of BiH on 28 January 2021 found the accused Senad Kasupović guilty of the foregoing criminal offense, and sentenced him to 3 years of imprisonment.
