Having deliberated on the Indictment of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH in the criminal case against the accused Milena Brkić et al., the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina delivered a Judgment on 29 September 2021, acquitting the accused Milena Brkić and Gavro Brkić of the charge that they, under Count 1 of the Indictment, committed the criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210(1) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina /CC BiH/ as read with Articles 29 and 54 of the CC BiH. The Court also acquitted the legal entity Dobro Polje, opšta zadruga sa p.o. Pelagićevo of the charge under Count 2 of the Indictment that it committed the criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210(1) of the CC BiH as read with Articles 29 and 54 of the CC BiH, all in conjunction with Article 124 of the CC BiH.

The Accused Milena Brkić was acquitted of the charge that she, as one of the founders-owners of and Acting Director – responsible person without limitation of authority at the legal entity Dobro Polje, opšta zadruga sa p.o. Pelagićevo, and Gavro Brkić, as Director of the legal entity Dobro Polje, opšta zadruga sa p.o. Pelagićevo appointed by Decision No. 101/11 dated 27 June 2011, evaded the payment of duties prescribed under the tax legislation of BiH by submitting false information on facts which may affect the determination of such liability, and the amount evaded exceeded 10,000,00 BAM.

The legal entity Dobro Polje, opšta zadruga sa p.o. Pelagićevo was acquitted of the charge that it disposed of proceeds of crime amounting to 37,349.96 BAM, allegedly acquired by the accused Milena Brkić and Gavro Brkić for and on behalf of the legal entity Dobro Polje, opšta zadruga sa p.o. Pelagićevo.
