In the case of Orhan Boloban, after at the trial the Prosecutor dropped the charges and withdrew the Indictment charging the accused Orhan Boloban with the criminal offense of Negligent Performance of Duty under Article 387(2) of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on 15 November 2021 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina delivered and publicly pronounced a judgment dismissing the charges in relation to the accused Orhan Boloban.
