Trial Judgment pronounced in Senad Gadžo et al.

On 30 May 2023 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina delivered and pronounced a trial Judgment in the case of Senad Gadžo et al., acquitting the accused Senad Gadžo, Zaim Laličić and Suljo Hebib of all charges, pursuant to Article 284 c) CPC BiH.

The accused Senad Gadžo, Zaim Laličić and Suljo Hebib have been acquitted of the charges since it was not proven that by the acts described in detail in the operative part of the Judgment they committed the criminal offense they were charged with in the Indictment issued by the BiH Prosecutor's Office – War Crimes against Civilians under Article 142(1) CC SFRY, as read with Article 22 of the Code, which pertain to the killing and inhumane treatment of the Serbs detained in the territory of Hrasnica in the second half of 1992.

An appeal from the Decision may be filed with the Appellate Division Panel of the Court within 15 (fifteen) days of the day when a written copy of the Judgment was received.
