On 24 November 2021 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will pronounce an Appeals Judgment in the Sadik Ahmetović case. Judgment pronouncement is scheduled to take place at 1 p.m. in Courtroom 7.

The Trial Judgment of the Court of BiH dated 31 May 2021 found the accused Sadik Ahmetović guilty of the criminal offense of Abuse of Office or Official Authority under Article 220(1) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is when the Court sentenced him to 6 months of imprisonment.
