The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will Monday 30 August 2021 pronounce a judgment in the case of Darinka Kićanović et al. Judgment pronouncement has been scheduled for 12:00 hours in Courtroom 4.

The Indictment charges the accused Darinka Kićanović and the legal entity “DMK TRADE” d.o.o. with the criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210(3) as read with Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC BiH).
