The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will announce tomorrow, 12 July 2023, at 12:00 hrs in courtroom 3 the first instance judgment in the case of Desimir Živanić and others.

The indictment charges the accused with the criminal offense of Tax Evasion or fraud under Article 210(1) of the CC BiH.
