The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will Monday, 11 November 2024, at 9 a.m., in Courtroom 3, pronounce a Trial Judgment in the case of Andrija Bjelošević (S1 1 K 042858 22 Kri).

The Indictment charges the accused Andrija Bjelošević with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 142(1) of the Criminal Code of the Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia.
