The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will Thursday, 3 July 2025, at 12:00 a.m., in Courtroom 4, pronounce a trial judgment in the case of Enes Jahić (S1 1 K 048575 24 Kri).

According to the Indictment, between mid-May 1992 and early May 1993, as a member of the Konjic Municipal Territorial Defense Staff, in the framework of a widespread and systematic attack launched by members of the Konjic Municipal Territorial Defense Staff, i.e. the Army of BiH, the Croat Defense Council (HVO), the Sabotage-Reconnaissance Detachment DIO-A-004, also known as “Akrepi”, operating within the Konjic Municipal Territorial Defense Staff, members of the Konjic Public Security Station (SJB), the Hadžići Territorial Defense and the Hadžići Public Security Station, targeting the Serb civilian population in the wider area of ​​the Konjic municipality and surrounding villages, knowing of such an attack and knowing that his actions were part of that attack and that they were directed against the Serb civilian population on national, ethnic and religious grounds, Enes Jahić participated in the persecution of the Serb civilian population by way of torture, with the intent to inflict severe physical or mental pain or suffering.

According to the Indictment, by the acts the Indictment describes in detail the accused committed the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172 CC BiH.
