The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will Monday, 3 February 2025, at 1 a.m., in Courtroom 7, pronounce a Trial Judgment in the criminal case against the accused Mirza Kapić.

The accused Mirza Kapić is charged that, by the acts described in detail in the Indictment, he committed the criminal offense of Terrorism under Article 201(1) as read with Paragraph 4 and Paragraph 5(i) of the Criminal Code of BiH.
