The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will Monday, 3 June 2024, at 8:30 a.m. in Courtroom 6, pronounce a Trial Judgment in the case of Zoran Ilić et al. (S1 1 K 020064 22 Kri).
The Indictment charges the accused Zoran Ilić and Radenko Ilić that between late May 1992 and late 1993, in the municipality of Rogatica, in the framework of a widespread and systematic attack launched by the Army of the Serb Republic of BiH, subsequently the Army of Republika Srpska, targeting the non-Serb civilian population in the territory of Rogatica municipality, the suspects Zoran Ilić and Radenko Ilić, as members of the Army of the Serb Republic of BiH, subsequently the Army of Republika Srpska, specifically of the Rogatica Brigade VP 7084 Rogatica, knowing of the attack and that their actions form a part of the attack, took part in the persecution of the Bosniak civilian population on ethnic and religious grounds, with a discriminatory intent, in violation of the rules of international law, by way of enforced disappearance of people, Bosniak civilians from the settlement of Rudo, Municipality of Rogatica.
