The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will Thursday, 20 October 2022, hand down a trial judgment in the case of Ratko Đurković (S1 1 K 036818 21 Kri). Judgment pronouncement has been scheduled for 9 a.m. in Courtroom 9.

The accused Ratko Đurković is charged with the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172(1)h) as read with Subparagraphs a) and d) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in conjunction with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 173(1)f) and the criminal offense of War Crimes against Prisoners of War under Article 175a), all as read with Article 180(2) CCBiH.
