The Court of BiH will Thursday, 27 March 2025, at 1 p.m., in Courtroom 4, pronounce a Trial Judgment in the criminal case against the accused Zdravko Čvorić, who is charged with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 142(1) CC SFRY.

According to the Indictment, during the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the armed conflict between the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Army of Republika Srpska, in the territory of Zvornik municipality, in his capacity as a reserve policeman at the SJB Zvornik, while performing the duty of a guard at a prison set up on the premises of the “Divič” Football Club, where Bosniak civilians from the Zvornik municipality were unlawfully detained, armed with a rifle, cursing and threatening to kill her, the accused Zdravko Čvorić forced a detained Bosniak woman to sexual intercourse (rape).
