The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will Friday, 27 May 2022, pronounce a Trial Judgment in the case of Duško Suvara. Judgment pronouncement has been scheduled for 9 a.m. in Courtroom 6.

The Indictment charges the accused Duško Suvara with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 173(1), Subparagraphs c) and e), of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as read with Articles 53 and 180(1) of the CC BiH.
