The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will Friday 24 February 2023 at 11 a.m., in Courtroom 6, deliver a Trial Judgment in the case of Jure Kordić et al.

The Indictment issued by the BiH Prosecutor's Office charges the accused Jure Kordić, Dražan Lovrić, Dario Sušac, Nedžad Tinjak, Nuhan Šikalo, Dario Mihalj, Stanko Škobić, Tomislav Aničić and Slavko Golemac with the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172(1)h) as read with Subparagraphs a), e), f), g) and k) CC BiH, all in conjunction with Articles 29 and 180(1) of the Code.
