The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will announce on Monday, 21 February 2022, the first instance judgment in the case of Mehmed Alešević. The judgment announcement is scheduled to take place at 12:00 hrs in courtroom 6.

The indictment charges the accused Mehmed Alešević with the commission of the criminal offenses of War Crimes against Prisoners of War under Article 175 of the CC BiH and War Crimes against Civilians under Article 173 of the CC BiH.
