Having held a hearing to deliberate a guilty plea agreement and a sentencing hearing in the case of Abdulah Džanko (S1 2 K 046001 23 K), on 4 July 2023, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina delivered and publicly announced a judgment finding he accused Abdulah Džanko guilty because, by the acts described in the operative part of the judgment, he committed the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(2) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC BiH), in connection with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195(1) of the CC BiH.

The Court imposed on the accused a sentence of imprisonment for a term of 1 (one) year. The Court also fined the accused in the amount of KM 10,000.00, which shall be paid by the accused within a period of 6 (six) months after the finality of the judgment.

In the same case, the Court issued a decision lifting the restrictive measure previously imposed on the accused Abdulah Džanko, namely a travel ban under Article 126(2) of the CPC BiH.
