Having held a guilty plea agreement consideration hearing and a sentencing hearing in the case of Alem Zukić (S1 2 K 045799 23 K), on 21 June 2023 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina delivered and pronounced a Judgment finding the accused Alem Zukić guilty that by the acts described in the Judgment he committed the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(2) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as read with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195(1) CC BiH.

The Court sentenced the accused Alem Zukić to 1 (one) year of imprisonment, and fined him with 4,000.00 BAM, which the accused must pay towards the BiH budget within 30 days of the day when the judgment becomes final. The ill-gotten gain in the amount of 2,000.00 EUR shall be confiscated from the accused, which the accused must pay towards the BiH budget within 30 days of the day when the Judgment becomes final.
