Having held a guilty plea agreement consideration hearing and a sentencing hearing in the case of Dalibor Vasković, on 27 April 2023 the Court delivered and pronounced a Judgment, finding the accused Dalibor Vasković guilty that by the acts described in the Judgment he committed the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(2) CC BiH in conjunction with the criminal offense of Money Laundering under Article 209(2) CC BiH, as read with Article 54 CC BiH, with the criminal offense of Aggravated Theft under Article 287(1)a) CC FBiH as read with Article 55 CC FBiH, and with the criminal offense of Extortion under Article 295(1) CC FBiH, as read with Article 55 CC FBiH.

The Court sentenced the accused to two (2) years and two (2) months of imprisonment. The ill-gotten gain in the amount of 10,000.00 BAM shall be confiscated from the accused Dalibor Vasković, which he shall pay within 1 (one) year of the day when the Judgment becomes final.
