Having held a hearing to deliberate on a guilty plea agreement and a sentencing hearing, on 11 April 2023, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina delivered and publicly announced a judgment finding the accused Jurica Vuletić guilty of commission, by the acts described in the operative part of the Judgment, the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(2) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC BiH), in connection with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195(1) of the CC BiH.

The Court sentenced the accused to imprisonment for a term of one (1) year, in addition to a fine in the amount of KM 400,000.00, which shall be paid by the accused within a period of one (1) year after the finality of the judgment, Pursuant to Articles 110 and 111 of the CC BiH, the proceeds of crime in the amount of KM 50,000.00 will be confiscated from the accused Jurica Vuletić.

The accused was found guilty because, as a member of an organized criminal group for further international trade in vehicles, he transported, kept and in other manner placed in circulation the substances proclaimed under regulations as narcotic drugs.
