The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued, on 22 April 2022, a decision granting a motion of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, and ordering the suspect Goran Radić into custody for the existence of the particular custody grounds set forth in Article 132(1) b) and c) of the CPC BiH.

Pursuant to the referenced decision, custody may last no longer than one month, running from the arrest day, namely until 21 May 2022 or until a new decision of the Court.

Goran Radić has been suspected of commission of the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250 of the CC BiH, in connection with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Weapons and Military Equipment and Products of Dual Use under 193 of the CC BiH.
