On 20 June 2022, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina /BiH/ granted a motion by the Prosecutor's Office of BiH dated 19 June 2022 in Case No. S1 2 K 042733 22 Krn Sako Bibić et al. and issued a Decision ordering the suspect Đoko Komar into pre-trial custody for a period not exceeding one month, running from the date of arrest, i.e. until 17 July 2022 or a new decision of the Court.

The pre-trial custody has been ordered due to existence of general and particular grounds for pre-trial custody under Article 132(1)(a) and (b) of the Criminal Procedure Code /CPC/ of BiH, i.e. a risk of flight and a justified feat that the suspect will destroy, conceal, alter or falsify evidence and clues relevant to criminal proceedings or influence witnesses, accessories or accomplices. The remainder of the motion by the Prosecutor's Office of BiH – seeking pre-trial custody on the grounds of Article 132(1)(c) of the CPC BiH (existence of circumstances justifying a fear that the suspect will repeat the criminal offense) – was dismissed as ill-founded.

Đoko Komar is suspected of committing the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(2) of the Criminal Code /CC/ of BiH as read with the criminal offenses of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195 of the CC BiH and Money Laundering under Article 209 of the CC BiH, taken in conjunction with Article 29 thereof.
