On 29 May 2025 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a Decision in the case of Elmedin Karišik et al. (S1 2 K 045596 23 Krn), remanding the suspect Adis Đonko in custody on his arrest. According to the Decision, his custody may last for a maximum of one month, i.e. until 27 June 2025, or until the Court issues a new decision, on the specific custody grounds set forth in Article 132(1), Subparagraphs a) and b), of the CPC BiH.

The suspect is charged with the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(2) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC BiH) as read with the criminal offense of Money Laundering under Article 209(3), as read with Paragraph  1, of the CC BiH.
