On 3 February 2023 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a Decision granting the Prosecutor’s Motion and ordered the suspect Rade Grujić in custody on both general and particular custody grounds referred to in Article 132(1)a) of the Criminal Procedure Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, specifically the flight risk.

According to the Decision, custody may last for a maximum of one month running from the day of arrest, meaning until 2 March 2023 or pending a new decision of the Court.

Rade Grujić is suspected of the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172(1)g) as read with Article 180(1) CC BiH.
