In the case of S1 2 K 044235 22 Krn – Zlatko Ibrišimović on 28 October 2022 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina granted the Motion filed by the BiH Prosecutor's Office on 27 October 2022 and issued a Decision ordering custody of the suspect Zlatko Ibrišimović, which under the decision may last for a maximum of one month, running from the day of arrest, which means from 26 October 2022 to 26 November 2022, or pending a new Decision of the Court.

The pre-trial custody has been ordered due to existence of the general as well as particular grounds for pre-trial custody under Article 132(1)(b) of the Criminal Procedure Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, namely a risk that the suspect will destroy, conceal, alter or falsify evidence or clues relevant to criminal proceedings, or influence witnesses, accessories or accomplices.

Zlatko Ibrišimović is suspected of the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(2) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina /CC BiH/, as read with the criminal offense of Money Laundering under Article 209(3) of the CC BiH.
