In ruling on a motion filed by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on 25 July 2025, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a decision in the case of Stojan Vasiljević and ordered the suspect Stojan Vasiljević into custody, which can last no longer than one month running from the arrest day, i.e. from 23 July 2025 to 23 August 2025, or a new Court’s decision, all due to the existing particular custody grounds set forth in Article 132(1) b) and c)  of the CPC BiH.

The suspect Stojan Vasiljević has been charged with the criminal offense of Preparation of Criminal Offenses under Article 248 of the CC BiH in connection with the criminal offense of Obstruction of Justice under Article 241(2) of the same Code.
