On 13 July 2023 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina granted the Motion filed by the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the case of Jovan Milovanović et al. and issued a Decision ordering custody of the suspect Jovan Milovanović, which under the Decision may last for a maximum of one month, running from the day of arrest, meaning from 11 July 2023 to 11 August 2023 or pending a new decision of the Court of BiH. Custody was ordered on both general and particular custody grounds referred to in Article 132(1), Paragraphs a), b) and c), of the Criminal Procedure Code of BiH, which is a flight risk, and a concern that he may interfere with the witnesses, accomplices and accessories, and repeat the offense.

Jovan Milovanović is suspected of the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(1) CC BiH, as read with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraphs 1 and 3, of the CC BiH.
