The Appellate Division Panel of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on 18 October 2022 delivered and on 1 December 2022 sent out an Appeals Judgment in the case of Dragan Vikić et al. (S1 1 K 024139 17 Kri), dismissing as ill-founded the appeal filed by the BiH Prosecutor's Office, while the Trial Judgment of the Court of BiH No. S1 1 K 024139 17 Kri of 21 April 2022 was upheld.

The Trial Judgment of the Court of BiH dated 21 April 2022 acquitted the accused Dragan Vikić, Nermin Uzunović, Jusuf Pušina and Mladen Čović of the charges under the confirmed Indictment issued on 27 December 2016, for it was not proven that they committed the criminal offenses they were charged with, pursuant to Article 284c) CPC BiH.
