The Appellate Division Panel of the Court of BiH has sent out an Appeals Judgment in the case of Ognjen Stupar (S1 2 K 046661 24 Kž), dismissing as ill-founded the appeal filed by the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina from the Trial Judgment of the Court, so the Trial Judgment of the Court of BiH dated 24 September 2024 is upheld.

The Trial Judgment of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina dated 24 September 2024, pursuant to Article 284c) CPC BiH, acquitted the accused Ognjen Stupar of all charges, for it was not proven that by the acts described in the operative part of the impugned Judgment he had committed the criminal offense he was charged with in the Indictment – Fraud in Office under Article 222(2) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

No appeal lies from the Appeals Judgment.
