On 9 January 2023 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the Indictment charging the accused Dragan Šojić with the criminal offense of Abuse of Office or Official Authority under Article 220(2), as read with Paragraph 1 CC BiH, in conjunction with Article 54 of the Code.

According to the Indictment, the accused Dragan Šojić, in his capacity of an official person, performing the duties of Head of Common Affairs Service of the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, overstepped the bounds of his official authority pertaining to the use of official vehicles, and obtained for himself ill-gotten gain in the amount of 41,877.78 BAM, for which he damaged the budget of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
