The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed, on 28 June 2023, an indictment in the case of Dragan Pejović et al. (S1 2 K 045930 23 Ko) which charged the accused Dragan Pejović, Milijan Mijović, Anđelko MIlošević, Aleksa Mališa, Mišo MIljanić, Miloš Kovačević, Dušan Mićanović, Nemanja Prnjat, Milan Mićanović, Goran Novčić, Vladan Kovačević, Bojan Ćalasan, Milan Rašević and Dražen Salamadijea that, by the acts described in the indictment, they committed the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(2) and (3) of the CC BiH, in connection with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195(1) of the CC BiH.
The indictment, inter alia, alleges that during, the period between the beginning of 2020 and 2022, the accused had organized a criminal group in terms of Article 1(22) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC BiH), and that the group was joined by Milijan Mijović, Anđelko Milošević, Aleksa Mališ, Miso Miljanić, Miloš Kovačević, Dušan Mićanović, Nemanja Prnjat, Milan Mićanović, Goran Novčić, Vladan Kovačević, Bojan Ćalasan, Milan Rašević, Dražen Salamadija, one S.K., as the group members, including other persons known to them. The aim of the organizer and members of the group was to organize, prepare and commit criminal offenses prescribed by the CC BiH by way of mutual connections and agreements for the purpose of obtaining proceeds of crime.
