On 9 July 2024 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed an Indictment in the case of Edin Podgora (S1 2 K 047975 24 Ko), charging the accused Edin Podgora with the criminal offense of Terrorism under Article 201(1) as read with Paragraph 5, Subparagraph i), in conjunction with Subparagraphs a) and b), of the CC BiH.

The accused is charged that on 18 April 2024, with the aim of serious intimidation of population and a serious destabilization of the fundamental constitutional and social structures of BiH, via a social network aired a several-minutes-long video-recording, in which, using images of firearms and cold weapon, he committed a terrorist act by threatening to attack the life of persons, which may cause their death, as well as an attack on their physical integrity.
