The Court confirmed, on 15 November 2022, an indictment in the case of Ilinko Gašić et al. (S1 2 K 035062 22 Ko) filed by the Prosecutor's Office of BiH on 8 November 2022, charging the accused Ilinko Gašić, Dragan Ilić and Sabahudin Čišić with the criminal offense of Accepting Gifts and Other Forms of Benefit under Article 217(1) of the CC BiH, as read with Article 29 of the same Code.

The Indictment, inter alia, alleges that, in the capacity of official persons in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as police officers of the BiH Border Police, at the Brod border crossing, with the aim to obtain unlawful property gain for themselves, while controlling passengers at the entrance in and exit from Bosnia and Herzegovina, the accused Ilinko Gašić, Dragan Ilić and Sabahudin Čišić requested and accepted gift in a monetary form in order that they do not perform the actions they are obligated to perform within their official duty.
