On 28 November 2024 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the Indictment in the case of Jovan Milovanović (S1 2 K 046067 24 Ko), charging the accused Jovan Milovanović with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195(2), as read with Paragraph 1, of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The accused is charged that, between 22 July 2021 and mid-July 2023, he knowingly and voluntarily became a member of an organized group of people, previously organized by I.S., citizen of Serbia, which was set up with the aim of illicit production, transport, international transfer, sale and storage of narcotic drugs in the territory of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the countries of the European Union, all with the aim of obtaining ill-gotten gain. The accused Jovan Milovanović has thus kept and in other ways, described in detail in the Indictment, put into international circulation substances or preparations the law classifies as narcotic drugs.
