The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed, on 24 June 2022, an indictment in the case of Marinko Krtinić, charging the accused with commission of the criminal offense of Giving Gifts and Other Forms of Benefit under Article 218(1) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The indictment alleges that, on 3 November 2021, at the Izačić International Border Crossing, while driving a freight vehicle within international transportation of goods from Bosnia and Herzegovina to FR Germany, the accused Marinko Krtinić offered to a customs officer of the Border Police a bank note in denomination of EUR 20 in order that he does not make records of the exit of the goods within the road freight transportation between BiH and the Republic of Slovenia, namely in order that he does not verify it with the exit seal, which the official person of the Border Police refused to do.
