On 10 October 2022 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the Indictment in the case of Milan Škoro et al. (S1 2 K 044018 22 Ko), which charges the accused Milan Škoro and Ivo Filipović with the criminal offense of Accepting Gifts or Other Forms of Benefit under Article 217(1) CC BiH, as read with Article 29 of the Code.

According to the Indictment, the accused Milan Škoro and Ivo Filipović, in their capacity as official persons in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina - police officers at the BiH Border Police, requested and received a gift in the amount of 100 Eur not to perform an action they were supposed to perform in the framework of their duty.
