On 5 October 2021 the Court of BiH confirmed the Indictment in the case of Mile Lukić, charging the accused Mile Lukić with the criminal offense of Accepting Gifts and Other Forms of Benefit under Article 217(1) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC BiH).

According to the Indictment, on 16 June 2021, at the International Border Crossing of Brod, conducting inspection at the entrance to Bosnia and Herzegovina from Croatia, in his capacity as an official person in the institutions of BiH, as a police officer at the BiH Border Police, the accused Mile Lukić requested and received a gift in the amount of 50 EUR so as to do something he should not do in the framework of his duties.
