On 7 August 2023 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the Indictment in the case of Mitja Kontič et al. (S1 2 K 045078 23 Ko) charging the accused Mitja Kontič, Aleksandar Nikolić, Boris Grujić, Slaven Radinković, Jovan Šuman, Igor Zarić and Damjan Tepić that by the acts described in the Indictment they committed the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(2) CC BiH, as read with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195(1) of the same Code.

According to the Indictment, the accused Mitja Kontič, Aleksandar Nikolić, Boris Grujić, Slaven Radinković, Jovan Šuman, Igor Zarić and Damjan Tepić have become members of a group for organized crime, which was previously formed by persons known to them, from the territory of Slovenia, for the purpose of procuring narcotic drugs in the territory of Slovenia, their illicit international transfer, holding-storing, and sale in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, all for the purpose of obtaining ill-gotten gain.
