On 14 June 2023 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the Indictment in the case of Mladen Pandža et al. (S1 2 K 044893 23 Ko), charging the accused Mladen Pandža and the legal entity of MP Građenje Projekt d.o.o. Banja Luka that by the acts described in the Indictment they committed the criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210(3), as read with Article 124 CC BiH.

According to the Indictment, by acting as director and responsible person at the legal entity of MP GRAĐENJE PROJEKT d.o.o. Banja Luka and providing false data on the taxable income, the accused Mladen Pandža illegally withheld input tax in the amount of 50,243.00 BAM, thus damaging the BiH budget in the amount of 50.243,00 BAM. The accused legal entity of MP GRAĐENJE PROJEKT d.o.o. Banja Luka is charged that it disposed of the ill-gotten gain in the amount of 50,243.00 BAM, which had been obtained by the accused Mladen Pandža on behalf and to the benefit of the company.
