The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina /BiH/ confirmed Indictment of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH dated 6 June 2022 in the case of Nakiba Peštalić (S1 2 K 035052 22 Ko) on 13 June 2022, charging the accused Nakiba Peštalić with the criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210 paragraph 3 as read with paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

According to the Indictment, among other things, the accused Nakiba Peštalić, in 2012, in capacity as director of and responsible person at the legal entity Top-gradnja d.o.o. Gradačac, by undertaking the actions referred to in the Indictment for the purpose of evading tax payment, caused damage to the Budget of BiH in the total amount of 75,949.00 BAM.
