On 7 February 2025 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed an Indictment in the case of Sado Đugum (S1 2 K 050716 24 Ko) charging the accused Sado Đugum with the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(3) CC BiH as read with the criminal offense of International Human Trafficking under Article 186 CC BiH, the criminal offense of International Enticing Persons into Prostitution Article 187(1) CC BiH, and the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195(1) CC BiH.
The accused is charged that between 2014 and 2019, as a member of the “United Tribuns” moto club association, with the approval and agreement of the A.Ć. and N.Ć. brothers, the founders of the “United Tribuns” club, using the association’s staff and resources, in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Germany, Switzerland and other countries of the European Union, he organized and led an international group for organized crime, which was joined by N.S, S.S., D.P., M.N., A.P., S.H, and several other unidentified persons from Germany and Bosnia and Herzegovina, which group was organized for the purpose of enticing, transporting, handing over and receiving dozens of young women as well as minors, for the purpose of their sexual exploitation (prostitution) in the EU countries, most often in Germany and Switzerland, bringing them into the position of full submission and dependence, using constant threats to use force, physical and mental harassment, by which they enticed them into prostitution in the territory of those countries.
The accused Sado Đugum, with the aim of acquiring ill-gotten gain, organized the procurement and further sale of narcotic drugs, in the manner that those women, on his orders and instructions, transferred and transported the narcotic drugs from the European Union countries to BiH, and from BiH to Montenegro, Croatia and other countries, which they handed over to the accused personally or some other member of the organized criminal group, for the purpose of their further sale and circulation, and in certain situations offered and sold the drugs directly to the users of sexual services they provided.
