Ruling on the Prosecutor’s Motion of 14 December 2022 to order the suspect Admir Arnautović in continued custody, having held a public hearing in the case of Admir Arnautović et al. (S1 2 K 043936 22 Krn), on 20 December 2022 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a Decision ordering the suspect Admir Arnautović in continued custody to last for the next three (3) months, meaning until 20 March 2023 or pending a new decision of the Court, on the grounds set forth in Article 132(1), Subparagraphs a), b) and c), of the CPC BiH.

The suspect Admir Arnautović is currently in custody under Court’s Decision dated 22 September 2022, continued by Court’s Decision of 20 December 2022, on the grounds of suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(3) CC BiH, in conjunction with the criminal offenses of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195 CC BiH, Money Laundering under Article 209, Paragraphs 2 and 3, of the CC BiH, Violent Behavior under Article 362 CC FBiH and Aggravated Bodily Injury under Article 172 CC FBiH.
